When should I book?

Earlier than you think. Our calendar for November and December typically fills by late October, and the best installation dates go first. We start scheduling in September, and booking early costs you nothing extra.

Do you provide the lights, or do I?

We provide everything. Our LEDs are commercial-grade and custom-cut to your roofline, which is why the runs end cleanly instead of doubling back or coming up short. If you already own lights you love, we can discuss installing them, though we cannot warranty strands we did not supply.

Question 3

Do you take the lights down afterwards?

Yes, and it is already included in your price. We return in January, remove everything carefully and store it labeled for next season. You never handle a ladder or a storage bin.

Question 4

How much does it cost?

It depends on linear footage, roof height and how many stories we have to reach, plus the style you choose. That is why we quote on-site rather than guessing over the phone. You get a fixed written price before committing to anything.

Question 5

What if a bulb burns out mid-season?

Call us and we fix it free. In-season repairs are part of the service, not an add-on. A dark section on your roof is our problem, not yours.

Question 6

Can you install on a tile roof?

Yes. Tile roofs are extremely common in Florida and we install on them constantly. We use clips designed for tile and never drill, nail or staple into your roof. No holes, no leaks, no damage.

Question 7

Do you wrap palm trees?

We do, and it is one of our most requested add-ons. We wrap trunks and can light up into the fronds. It adds depth that a roofline alone cannot, and it is what makes a Florida house look genuinely finished.

Which areas do you serve?

We cover the Orlando and Tampa metros, including Winter Park, Windermere, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon and the surrounding communities. If your city is not listed, reach out anyway.
